We are aware that you may hesitate to order over the Internet, therefore all rugs are covered by a "No-Questions Asked" guarantee.  You may return your rug within seven (7) days of receipt for a full refund.  Your only responsibility will be the cost of the return freight.

We do not accept freight-collect goods. We will not accept returns of soiled or damaged goods. We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling, only the purchase price of the rug.
